He built them because he believes artists need places where the work can breathe — where collaboration happens naturally, where inspiration isn't manufactured but discovered, and where the distance from ordinary life creates the conditions for extraordinary creative output.

All properties are available to the JRP creative community — filmmakers, musicians, comedians, writers, and collaborators of every kind.
