Marilyn Swick

Marilyn Swick is a Cave Creek based multiple award-winning director, screenwriter, SAG-AFTRA actor, acting coach,  producer under her company, Sleep On It Productions, and ASCAP music producer and writer.  Marilyn joined Jeff Reynolds Productions and the FMC Incubator, as his Director of Operations.  Marilyn has been acting since high school, attended the New York Film Academy, received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University, and was accepted into the Juilliard School of Drama Extension Division, NYC in 2025.  She shares her time between Burbank, NYC and Scottsdale. When not on a film set, you may find her showing her horse in Hunter Under Saddle or Pleasure Driving classes.  

Jeff and Marilyn are in post-production on Life Interrupted, Cancer Series, Season 1, Episodes 1-9 which follow the journey of 6 survivors, and 4 care-givers.  

They are also in post-production for Running On Faith, which follows a Scottsdale-based teenage barrel racer chasing a dream most people consider unrealistic: going pro, getting rookie of the year, qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo, balancing rodeo life with an acting career, and high school, as she races around those barrels, she is focused on one thing, the win!  Faith's desire to excel in all areas with her 5 horses reveals her discipline and dedication to accomplish her dreams with God, grace, and grit! 

Marilyn's feature film, My Life Between the Reins, has recently completed the Film Festival Circuit with over 40 awards.  This is a true-story documentary about a lady with cerebral palsy and her equestrian journey.
